It is a hybrid of technology from Italy and German
with high speed and stable liquid control. Bottles are
conveyed thru pneumatic conveyer and then clamped, rinsed, filled
and capped. The capping is not restricted by the height and shape
of bottles as long as the caps and bottle mouths are same
size*-only bottle feed plate need to be changed in this
case.
Through PLC control with touch screen and automatic
control of the liquid level in the material cylinder, the whole
machine will stop filling and capping whenever there is no
bottles.
