CMC, cellulose carboxymethyl groups is the substitution
product.According to their molecular weight or degree of
substitution, can be completely dissolved or insoluble polymer,
which can be used as a weak acid cation exchange agent, used to
separate neutral or alkaline protein. Carboxymethyl cellulose can
form high viscosity gel and solution, adhesion, thickening, flow,
emulsifying, shaped, water retention,protective colloid, film
forming, acid resistance, salt tolerance, suspension and other
characteristics, and the physiological harmless, so it is widely
used in food, medicine, daily chemical, petroleum, papermaking,
textile, construction and other fields in production.

3. Suspending aid: as emulsifier and suspension
