Description
D***0 is TDI-terminated PTMEG pre-polymer which yields *3A hardness when cured with MOCA.
Application  
D***0 is applied to make PU rods, castor wheels, PU pad, PU sheet, industrial rollers, PU mining screen, seals and other polyurethane elastomer products which can be used in the mining, quarrying, oil and gas industry etc.
Characteristic
The final products enjoy excellent abrasion resistance, good oil resistance, good moist resistance and nice mechanical property. The color will be changed by adding pigment.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place，If you can’t use it up at one time, Pls fill nitrogen gas and then seal it.
Shelf life
The storage time of original packing is 6 months at the above condition from the date of production.
Packing
*0kg or **0kg per steel drum
Operation by manual
1�Melt pre-polymer at ****0℃for ****4 hours to make reserve.
2. Heat the pre-polymer and MOCA to the recommended temperature. (the temperature couldn’t be higher than **0℃, or it will be resolve ) 
3. Mix D***0 and MOCA, stir evenly.
4. Cast the mixture of step 3 into the mould, preheated to the recommended temperature, observe the gel time.
6. Open the mould when the product is hard.
7. Post cure *6 hours at **0℃.
Note: The pre-polymers and the mixture in step 3 can be vacuumized to remove bubbles.
Operation by casting machine
1.Melt pre-polymer at ****0℃for ****4 hours to make reserve. Put some D***0 into A tank, heat to *0℃，and keep warm, vacuum to make reserve.
2. Melt the MOCA to liquid and put it into B tank, heat to **0℃，and keep warm, vacuum to make reserve.
3. Cast the two materials according the ratio into the mould. The mould should be preheated to recommended temperature.
4. Open the mould when the product is hard.
5. Post cure *6 hours at **0℃.
Note: Pls use out all the materials in the tank at one time. Or the MOCA will be solid when the temperature is lower down.
