The PPG cast polyurethane (D***5)
Description
D***5 is one of a series of liquid polyurethane pre-polymers which is combined by polyether Polyol and TDI. When cured with MOCA, D***5 is in the *9A hardness range. It can be also cured by E**0 and other curative.
Application  
D***5 is applies to make PU rods, castor wheels,  PU pad, PU sheet, sieve plate, and other polyurethane elastomers.
Characteristic
The final products enjoy excellent abrasion resistance, good moist resistance
and nice mechanical property. The color will be changed by adding pigment.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place，If you can’t use it up at one time, Pls fill nitrogen gas and then seal it.
Shelf life
The storage time of original packing is 6 months at the above condition from the date of production.

Operation by manual
1．Take certain quantity D***5, heat to *0℃, to make reserve. (The materials can’t storage a long time in high temperature)
2. Calculate MOCA and melt at about **0℃ to liquid, the temperature is not too high, or it will be resolve.
3. Mix D***5 and MOCA, string quickly to evenly.
4. Cast the mixture of step 3 to the mould, observe the gel time, and close the mould. (Mould should be heated around **0℃in advance)
6. Open the mould when the product is hard.
7. Post cure *0 hours at **0℃.
Note: The mixture in the step 3 can be vacuumized to get rid of bubble.
Operation by casting machine
1. Put some D***5 in the A materials in the A tank, heat to *0℃，and keep warm, vacuum to make reserve.
2. Melt the MOCA to liquid and put it in the B tank, heat to **0℃，and keep warm, vacuum to make reserve.
3. Cast the two materials according the ratio to the mould. The mould should be heated to **0℃in advance.
4. Open the mould when the product is hard.
5. Post cure *0 hours at **0℃.
