Ceramic Honeycomb Filter (Strainer) can be used in the following application.

1) Strainer for filtering molten metal in metallurgy foundry industries.

4) Honeycomb Ceramic Catalyze Carrier for automobile tail gas. 5) Honeycomb Ceramic Burning Board for home-use/ industrial gas furnace.
●Honeycomb Filter (Strainer) With characteristics of big specific area, uniform aperture, stable quality, high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, the honeycomb filter is suitable for molten metal filtering in metallurgy and foundry industries. The usage of the honeycomb filter can purify the metal liquid, remove the non-ferrous impurity and gas, make the metal flow fill the cavity steady and reduce the vortex, simplify the gating system and increase the technical produce rate, reduce the pore in casting, optimize and refine the metal structure, improve the surface quality and mechanical property, reduce the defective index of the casting, reduce the finish allowance and prolong the working life of the cutting tools and reduce the casting cost.
●Strainer for Rough Filtration It is suitable for the rough filtration of the grey iron, ductalloy, aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
●Honeycomb Heat Retaining Mass (HHRM) Honeycomb Heat Retaining Mass is the pivotal hard core of Heat Retaining high Temperature Air Combustion Technique (HTAC). It is widely used in various heater, hot blast stove, reactor, heat treatment furnace in metallurgy casting, machinery, building material and Petrochemical industries. The main materials of HHRM are corundum-mullite, cordierite-mullite composite. With the advantages of high temperature resistance, good acid/alkali corruption resistance, good thermal shock resistance, high strength, big heat retaining capacity, good heat-conducting property, big specific surface, low airflow resistance, high heat transfer rate, the HHRM can achieve good energy-save effect and prolong the working life. They are much better applicable than other materials.

HHSCC is suitable for different technique of waste gas handling (RTO, RCO), it is the pivotal component of boiler of power station and the waste gas handling unit in refuse burning station.
