Product description Our process tool is dedicated to digital fabrication. The equipment is designed by materials science engineers; we remove the historical graphical approach to provide a real process tool. This permit us to provide an exclusive process approach allowing the user to quickly go to a functional component. The equipment is based on our patented technology allowing printing up to three material at all discrete resolutions: automated printhead switching and automated printhead orientation. The system is built around industrial printhead enabling high process repeatability, a high jetting accuracy and a wide material compatibility. The system includes all the necessary facilities for high level R&D, pre production work and small batch fabrication. The X-Serie printer is delivered with exclusive CAD software (CeraSlice) for component conception and printing job definition with integration of all process parameters. The system also includes automated jetting analysis software (DropAnalyser) providing a full report on jetting quality. These informations are directly usable by the printing job manager.
