HiPure Circulating DNA Kits provides a fast and easy method for the purification of Circulating DNA from plasma, serum, ruine and other cell-free body fluids samples. Circulating DNA refers to extracellular DNA, which is produced by apoptosis. Such as tumor-spicific extracellular DNA fragments and fragments and fetal nucleic acids in matemal blood. They are present in plasma or plasma usually as short fragments <***0 bp.

 

Samples can be either fresh or frozen. The kit is based on silica columns technology, the protocol is without use of toxic phenol-chloroform extraction, and doesn't need time-consuming alcohol precipitation. Purified DNA can be directly used for applications such as Real-time PCR, Next  Generation Sequencing, Hybridization  and SNP detection.

 

HiPure Circulating DNA Midi Kit C is suitable for capturing a very small amount of circulating DNA from 5ml sample. The extender tubes and vac-connectors can be used with QIAvac *4 Plus machine (Qiagen). This enable starting samples volumes of up to 5ml, and flexible elution volumes between *0 µl and **0 µl allow concentration of nucleic acid species that are present in low amounts in the sample material.
