It can make different shapes products such as strip, stick, twist, core filling and so on. By adjusting the formulation can meet different needs and nutrition requirements of the chewing pet food.

Main feature of Single screw extruder

1. Series of Single screw extruder mainly consist of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, driving system, cooling system and controlling system and are mainly used for processing of fried snack food.

2. Feeding system, extruding system and cutting system all adopt frequency-conversion timing to gain powerful drive, stable perform, and electricity saving.

3. Screw, machine barrel, moulds all adopt circulating cooling system to ensure that during extruding, temperature of raw material can be steady.

4. Due to being processed by special technique, the screw is abrasion-endurable, fatigue-resistant and durable.

5. By means of designing different structures and slenderness ratios according to needs of products, screw extruding system can meet different technology demands.
