Product Description

Introduction:

LF series of sand powder separator is divided from cement equipment and adopts the internationally advanced technology. It is specially used for the separation of excessive powder in dry sand making. It can easily control the gravel powder content to meet the national sand specifications. It can adjust the content of powder (**0.**5mm) flexibly between 2% to 5%. It is always used together with TVSI sand making machine and 2GP roller crusher to form the dry sand making production line.

Application:

High- efficiency sand powder separator is used in mine, rivers, reservoir and coal yards, etc.

Features:

1. Equipped with the frequency conversion system, it can adjust the content of powder in mechanism of sand.

2. Ceramic lining, low maintenance rate and low rate of wear.

3. Improved rotor classifier makes more reasonable speed of wind in cyclone tube, and more uniform air flow in each cyclone tube. Thus ash in flat pipe will be reduced and powder selecting efficiency will be highly improved.

4. Simple operation, easy maintenance, low , high income.

Principle:

The rough material is shoveled to the upper hopper by the forklift, and conveyed to the vibrating screen by belt conveyer. Standard meeting material (**4.*5mm) is screened and conveyed to the separator. Material after screening is the qualified mechanism of sand and powder.
