Introduction:

YK vibrating screen works by using the multiplexed rotary vibration. It is the necessary equipment for quarry screening process, and also can be used as material grading equipment for chemical industry, electricity, building material, mineral separation and coal preparation. etc.

Principle:

The motor drives the vibrator by tire-type couplings; the eccentric block rotates high speedily and forms a centrifugal force which leads the screen box to move circularly and continuously. The movement of the screen box creates the power for material continuous throwing on the declining screen layer. When material is thrown up, they are stratified; when material falls down, they are screened in the shape of graininess. The grading process will be finished after this repeat movement.
