the select test valve is used in the cased hole . the select valave is operated by the annulus pressure. it can lock the ball valve at any stage of the testing. And the ball valve can be locked at the open position. it can be shifted from lock stage and standard model freely.



Structure:

the select testing valve was formed by four parts: ball valve mechanism, up hydralic part, nitrogen power mechanism and oil metering part

power case and selector work together to realize standard model and lock model

spring finger can prevent the tools acting early cased by fluid fluction

nitrogen power mechnism gets more power when the pressure increasing. After the pressure was discharged , the tools can be operated also.

oil chamber mechanism delays the nitrogen pressure and nitrogen discharge, it ensures the the reliabilty of the open and close of the well

the metering case can be selected by differnt delay time



operation:

 Standard model:Apply operation pressure to open the well , discharge pressure to close the well

lock model: Apply operation pressure to open the well , discharge pressure to lock open well statu.

Apply operation pressure again, discharge pressure to close the well.
