Use:
KIKO locked-open tester valve is a close-open valve which is used in the cased hole、full-opening、annulus pressure operated .It not only has ability to repeatedly close and open well, but also can realize to lock the ball valve in the open position in any step during testing period. The operation mode is as follows:
Pump the operation pressure to open well, release the operation pressure to locked-open well, pressure again and release to close well.

Use:
KIKO locked-open tester valve is a close-open valve which is used in the cased hole、full-opening、annulus pressure operated .It not only has ability to repeatedly close and open well, but also can realize to lock the ball valve in the open position in any step during testing period. The operation mode is as follows:
Pump the operation pressure to open well, release the operation pressure to locked-open well, pressure again and release to close well.

KIKO locked-open tester valve is mainly composed of four parts, which are ball valve operating part、ratchet part、nitrogen power part and oil chamber measuring part. Its structure is as follows:
1)The particular transposition part is composed of ratchet case、ratchet mandrel、ratchet sleeve and ratchet guide ball, which can realize long time locked- open function after release the pressure in the well, and can meet the requirements of long time operation of oil pipeline gas lifting drainage、hydraulic pump discharge etc. During well open period, it doesnt need to keep operation pressure in annulus, which not only avoids the long time stress on oil casing, but also reduces the labor intensity of oil field workers.
 
2) Oil chamber measuring part not only can ensure the reliable open and close, it has the pressure relief difference, that is the pressure difference of nitrogen gas pressure is higher than that of the annulus pressure. The effect of annulus pressure fluctuation on the locked open well condition can be avoided.
3) The collect fingers enables the tool to remain in a locked open well for a long time.
4) The installed 4 shear pins can provide ***0PSI cut off value, which can avoid opening well caused by pressure in halfway under the process.
