Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

Superplasticizers, also known as high range water reducers, are chemical admixtures used where well-dispersed particle suspension is required. These polymers are used as dispersants to avoid particle segregation(gravel,coarse and fine sands), and to improve the flow characteristics (rheology) of suspensions such as in concrete applications. Their addition to concrete or mortar allows the reduction of the water to cement ratio, not affecting the workability of the mixture, and enables the production of self-consolidating concrete and high performance concrete.This effect drastically improves the performance of the hardening fresh paste.

1 High water reducing rate and excellent plasticizing effect. And produces concrete with high levels of workability without segregation.

2 Excellent dispersion and self-compacting effect can produce different grade strength super fluid self-compacting concrete.

3 Can be a substantial increase in early and late strengths of concrete, so that increase the project construction schedule.

4 Better plasticity-maintaining could significantly prolong the transit time of concrete, it reduce economic losses and ensure the normal pumping of concrete.

5 Improves the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of the concrete. Lower drying shrinkage of the concrete by *0% or more compared with naphthalene-based admixtures.

6 High applicability: It can be used with different variety of cement.

7 Improved finished concrete surface ability.

8 No chloride ions and no corrosion to steel bar.

 Dosage recommendation 
The recommended dosage in concrete is: 0.*8*0.26% of the amount of the cement. 

Safety cautions 
(1)This product is alkaline liquid, nontoxic, noncorrosive, environment friendly. But not be edible, in case body surface and eyes contact with it, please use amount of top water wash immediately, on the part of people caused by allergies, should be timely medically treated. 
(2)This product should be stored in covered containers to keep from rain, impurity, evaporation. 
(3)The storage period is *2 months

(4)  Do not use it with additives containing naphthalene sulfonate
