stannous octoate T*9, i.e. n (II) *-ethylhexanoate or n (II) octoate or stannous octoate, is the most commonly usedas catalyst in the production of flexible polyurethane foams. Somewhat sensive to hydrolysis, stannous octoate T*9 presents an excellent solubility in polyether polyols.
