Then, add side hardener into coating as *0:1(weight rate). It is ready for use *0~*5 minutes later. 2.Surface cleanness: Cleanness to national standard Sa2½ for metal structure. Or derust to St3 by hand, or chemicals to no grease, no rust, no litter, dry and clean. Do paint primer within 4 hours. ***** point for attention: 1. There is no edges, no weld, no burr and smooth on surface weld. Coat putty of good viscosity with primer and talc on both side of weld to transition in order to avoid the vaccum while wrapping glass-cloth, if the weld is higher than 2mm. 2. Do not add the thinner, while spreading coating thick. Add 1%~5% thinner, and some hardener unless temperature is too low and viscosity is too thick. 3.Do not take construction in rain, fog, snow and relative humidity≥*0%. 4. 0.1mm and 0.*2mm is the right thickness for glasscloth, and transit density is *2×*0posts/cm³ or *2×*2posts/cm³. The humidity glasscloth should be dry at first. *****: Bridge between broken coating and pipe coating is not less than **0mm, and its surface treatment is up to be clean St3. 6.Broken coating: Wipe out the broken coatings. Intermediate coating only and topcoat web of glasscloth fully, if base is not apperanced.
