Product Description

Coir blocks are made from coconut fibre, a renewable resource produced from organically grown coconut trees and certified by the Soil Association of the UK. Our organic coir blocks weigh approximately 5 Kgs and when added with water they will expand to give approximately *0 litres of coir fibre which can be used for a number of purposes including seed raising, cuttings and as a base for homemade compost and works really well when mixed with compost. It is also ideal as bedding for reptiles and aquatics.

How to use:

Place the coir block into a large container and add ****0 litres of fresh water. Leave for a few hours or ideally overnight and the block will expand to approximately three times its original size as it soaks up the water. Break up and crumble the material with your fingers and use as required.
