Our organic coir briquettes weigh approximately **0 grams and are the same size as a house brick. When added with water they will expand to give approximately *0 litres of coir fibre which can be used for a number of purposes including seed raising, cuttings and as a base for homemade compost. Coir fibre makes ideal peat free compost used for a wide range of plants. It can also be used to aerate garden waste compost and is perfect as bedding for worms and land snails.
How to use:
Place the coir brick into a large bucket and add 2 litres of warm water. Leave for *0 minutes and the block will expand to approximately three times its original size as it soaks up the water. Break up and crumble the material with your fingers and use as required.
