1、Introduction：
Copper adhesive tape is composed of copper foil as base material, coated with acrylic adhesive on single side or double sides, protected with release paper liner, widely used in refrigerators refrigeration industry ,construction industry, insulation materials industry, automobile, aviation, OA equipment and etc. During the high frequency transmission, copper adhesive tape can effectively isolate the electromagnetic interference, withstand high temperature and prevent flame retardant.
According to different adhesive, copper adhesive tapes can be divided in to 3 kinds: Single sided copper adhesive tape, Conductive copper adhesive tape and Double-sided conductive copper adhesive tape.
Single sided copper adhesive tape, also named as non-conductive copper adhesive tape, is made of copper foil as backing, coated with acrylic adhesive on one side.
Conductive copper adhesive tape and Double-sided conductive copper adhesive tape is composed of copper foil as base material, coated with conductive acrylic adhesive on one side or both sides, protected with release paper liner.
Main Features:good initial adhesion, excellent heat conductivity, heat resistance and chemical resistance, good electromagnetic shielding. Conductive copper adhesive tapes are mainly used for high-power high frequency transformer. The price for conductive copper adhesive tape is higher than aluminum conductive tape, and certainly, the electrical conductivity is better than aluminum tapes.
