Superoxide Dismutase (SOD, EC1.*5.1.1), which has special physiological activity, is the primary substance to remove free radicals in organism. According to the difference of metal cofactors, it can be divided into three kinds, among which Cu/Zn-SOD, the most common enzyme, is green and mainly exists in the cytoplasm of the body. The autoxidation rate is effective within 3 minutes, and the amount of pyrogallol is controlled so that the a value of autoxidation rate at **0nm wavelength changes at 0.**8 OD/min, and the A value changes at 0.**0 OD / min after adding enzyme solution.
