Product Description

It is a kind of natural edible pigment obtained by purified and emulsified from tumeric pigment. It contains demethoxycurcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin. The rufous liquid color is soluble in water, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol. At PH 2.**7.0, the color is yellow and stable; at PH above 7.0, it is salmon pink or rufous.
