Reclaiming Technique

(1) First cut the bladder (curing bag) into large pieces about *5cm**0cm, then cut into particles about *0mm with knifebreakdown mill ; as the IIR is easy to be heat and sticky, it is better to cut with water-cooled knifebreakdown mill.

(2)Coarsely mill the *0mm particles **5 times on the open mill (the roll pitch of the open mill is 1.0mm*2.0mm), when it begins to sheet, add reclaiming agent RDS-IIR(II) and 5 parts by weight of paraffin oil, and continue to mill until it becomes even(about ***0 times) and get down the open mill.

(3) Mill run 3 times on the second open mill (the roll pitch is 0.6mm*1.0mm) and get down the open mill.

(4) Refine twice on the refining mill (the roll pitch is 0.3mm*0.8mm) and sheet.

Note: Theroll temperature of the open mill should be ****0C.
