Lubricant (Esso) The Minimum Quantity for any purchase is: MINIMUM **0,**0 MT PER MONTH PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW: 1. Name of Product / Commodity : As Above 2. Specification : As per Standard 3. Origin : Russia & Malaysia 4. Quantity : Minimum **0,**0 MT PER MONTH 5. Price : To be agreed 6. Delivery Schedule : To be agreed 7. Discharge Port : Any safe port (ASWP) 8. Payment : By Irrevocable, Transferable, Unconditional Bank Guarantee (BG) ICC **8 or International Bank Draft for one (1) month quantity supply value. Payment for every shipment by SWIFT/WIRE TRANSFER against relevant shipment documents from Top *5 banks. 9. Inspection : By SGS or equivalent at loading port *0. Delivery : Within ****0 days after received buyer's payment Instruments *1. Performance Bond : 2% PB *2. Validity : 7 International days from the date of the soft FCO OPERATION PROCEDURES 1. Buyer sends LOI with full coordinate together with full banking information (please send the Buyer's company profile to Seller). 2. Seller forwards FCO to Buyer and returned with buyer's initial. 3. Buyer issue ICPO to the Seller. 4. Seller forward draft contract to Buyer for review and acceptance. 5. Both parties sign the hard copy of contract. 6. The Buyer's bank must issue "payment instruments" as stipulated in the Contract within Five (5) days after signing the hardcopy of contract. 7. After verification of buyer's "payment instrument", Seller forward requested Proof of Product to the Buyer. 8. Delivery commence as per agreed contract.
