Product Description

It is classified into cotton thread type and plastic type. The cotton thread type is made of PETN as its core, cotton thread and paper as its wrapper, and asphalt as its moisture-proof layer. The plastic one is made of PETN as its core, fiber as its wrapper and plastic as its moisture-proof layer. According to the customers requirements, the charge weight is classified into 8g, 9g, 10.5g, 14g, 20g, 40g and so on. The other technical indexes is in accordance with GB9786-1999.

Velocity of detonation: not less than 6000m/s.

Detonating sensitivity: it can be completely detonated when binding 40 pieces of cords of 500mm long together and connected three-step detonations.

Moisture-proof capacity: the cotton thread detonating cord can be completely detonated after 4 keeping hours in water of 1m deep at the temperature of 10~25℃ when connected by the specified methods. The plastic detonating cord can be completely detonated after 5 keeping hours in water of 1m deep at the pressure of 50kPa and at the temperature of 10~25℃, when connected by the specified methods.

Pulling-resistant capacity: it can be completely detonated after bearing a static pulling force of 300N for one minute.

It is used for expanding metal tube or expanding and welding the metal tubes into the boilers, and realizing the special process of the metal tubes.

Box Packing : 500m each. Inside: plastic bag. Outside: paper box or wooden box(It also can be packed according to the different charge weight).
