Environment-friendly high boiling solvent MDBETM (MIXED DIBASIC ESTERS),also named DBE, it is a mixture of three dibasic esters.Its main ingredient is Dimethyl succinate CH**0C(CHv2)2COOCH3,Dimethyl glutarate CH**0C(CH2)3COOCH3,Dimethyl adipate CH**0C(CH2)4COOCH3 MDBETM is a non-toxic coinrinss transparent liquid with light aromatic odour, which is of environmental protection and of biodapradation. Now it is wideiy used in paints and coatings industry(have name of universal solvent) and other areas.

Alternative solvents:
MDBETM can be the substitute of isophorone, cyclohexanonel, ether ester type of solvent and so on.

1. Coil steel coating
MDBETM can keep the balance of the volatilization in order to avoid hole and defects by over baking due to the quick volatilizatinn, it can offer smooth surface, fast paint film, good toughness and good process capacivy. It also can improve the hiding power of pigment.
2. Baking coating industry
MDBETM has a special volatility. With the temperature increasing, it's volatilizing speed increases quicker than that of other solvents does. That is to say in the early stage it volatilizes slowly and in the later stage, it volatilizes quickly. It is good for the drying of paint.
3. Vessel/can coating
MDBETM can effectirely replace the solvents in can and vessel coating such as isophorone, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and other solvents. High solvency and low volatilization of MDBETM make the coating have good leveling, and it can supply the coating with good flexibility and adhesive force and other important.
