Our system reminds about the expiry of various documents concerned Visa, Labour Card, National ID,  Driving License, Trade License, Tenancy Contract, Passport , bank guarantee, Retention,Post-dated Cheque, Fixed Deposits, Tender, Warranty, Letter of Credit. Etc.

Scheduled email will be forwarded to the responsible person on a specified frequency. Daily/Weekly/Monthly.

The original document can be uploaded to the system. This will enable the users to maintain the history, the same can be downloaded and you can forward the same directly from the system through email as an attachment. 

 

The document can be searched on different criteria.

Role-based security modules which are having a feature of user access rights against a company/department/Document Type. The user can access only those company/departments/Document Type which is assigned to his user id by the system admin.

Windows Service for reminder mailer.

Reminder/Notification Mail to a person who is responsible, Reporting Manager, cc, bcc, and employee in case document related to an employee.
