Introduction：

1. 1 ZQJ series Mud Cleaner is suitable for the solid control system of drilling fluid. It is used for separating the solid particles in the drilling fluid processed by shale shaker.
1.2 One set of desanding cyclone and one set of desilting cyclone are combined and installed on a shale shaker. The drilling fluid is separated by the desanding cyclone and desilting cyclone firstly, then the bottom flow further is sieved by the shale shaker.If necessary, the mud cleaner can be used as the former shale shaker.

2.3 Cyclone choose wear-resisting special polyurethane material with excellent resistance to fluid scouring and corrosion resistance. Smooth inlet tangential feeding is conducive to improve the efficiency of separation.
2.4 Mud cyclones are arranged in the form of circular distribution to make sure pressure equalization.We can allocate different numbers of cyclone desanding and desiltering cyclone according to user requirements configuration
