HJB Series Mud Agitator is a part of solid control system of mud tank, which is mainly used to agitate drilling fluid so as to prevent the precipitation of solid particles in its tank cycling system and keep the mud property of circulation stable and homogeneous.



Features:



1.The worm/worm gear reducer is adopted in mud agitator,which has the advantages  of compact structure,good meshing performance and reliable work.

2.When worm gear reducer is assembled with an explosion-proof motor, they are suitable for field operation under adverse conditions.

3.The explosion-proof motor and with the shaft of the reducer are directly connected by a resilient coupling, not driven by belts. So the speed of the agitating impeller is constant.

4.This kind of mud agitator has large agitating strength and wide influence range and its unique   structure design can avoid current overload of the motor while starting up.

5.The explosion-proof motor is placed horizontally. It is easy to install, adjust or replace.
