Drilling Resinated Lignite SPNH is a kind of copolymer contains hydroxyl, carbonyl, methyl, sulfonic acid base, nitriles and some other functional groups, and is made by grafting copolymerization and sulfonation.

The main function is to reduce filtration loss, but it can also reduce viscosity at the same time.

It is heat-resistant because it draws sulfonic group into benzene ring unit, and the benzene ring is linked with carbon atoms.

Owing to the introducing of sodium sulfonate SO3NA in benzene hydroxyl, it strengthens the hydration, which thus results in fine solubility.
