Drilling stabilizer is an important
tool to control hole deviation in petroleum and gas exploration
drilling process. The types of it can be devided into drill
string type and near bit type. At present,we developed HF***0 and
HF***0 type stabilizer, which are widely used in international
drilling operation.
●Integral Spiral Blade Stabilizer
is devided into Integral *-Spiral Blade Stablizer, Integral
*-Spiral Blade Stablizer .There are four kinds of abrasive
resistant materials on the working surface of stabilizer: insert
tungsten carbide s,insert diamond compound body,low
temperature welding tungsten carbide pieces,hardfacing electrode
on the surface and so on.
●Integral straight blade
stabilizer: Integral *-straight rib stabilizer,integral
*-straight rib stabilizer,and Integral multi-straight rib
stabilizer ,which working surface are provided with carbide
insert compound and overlay,etc. The body is made from high
strength alloy steel of heat treated.
●Replaceable Sleeve
Stabilizer:Through changing sleeve to suit for different borehole
diameters to lengthen
operating life.
●Tapered Stabilizer :It is suited
for formation which easily reduces diameter. When happen bit
freezing
accident,it can leave enough
operating space for fishing job.
●Float Valve Stabilizer : Not only
as a stabilizer but also can play anti-clongging valve role in
controlling downhole liquid flowing .
●Non-Rotaing Stabibizer:
Non-Rotaing stabibizer（rubber
sleeve stabilizer）
is a special tool to prevent the
wall of casing and well ,tool joint from being worn in driling
procedure.
●Roller Reamer : It applies to all
kinds of reaming jobs and used to be a stabilizer in the abrasive
formation. According to the different hardnesses of
formations,you may separately select sharp-fanged
roller,wide-fanged roller or tungsten carbide compacts
roller.
●Spherical Stabilizer: It is an
important tool to control hole deviation when drilling a
horizontal well or a deflecting well. The stabilizer can prevent
from stucking in drilling and improve the quality of well and
speed of drilling,which decrease the cost of drilling.
