Product Description
***3 (A) PT unsaturated polyester resin is a general resin suitable
for hand lay-up and spray operation viscosity and thixotropy, and
it is applicable for higher requirements of general molded articles
for thixotropy. It's applicable for manufacture of purification
tank, storage tanks, cooling towers, bathtub and a thin-type molded
articles.
There are following characteristics:
1) Good permeability and de-foaming for glass
fiber.
2) A certain retardance, good operability, and fast
curing.
3) ***3APT is a waxy resin, ***3PT is a non-wax resin, both of
which are two-component resin containing the accelerator. Moreover,
the resin may be without wax, non pre-promoted and non thixotropic
(anti-sag) upon customer requirements.
4) Various models are available for using in four seasons. Please
consult with us for resin using in winter and
summer.
When using at room temperature, add curing agent 0.**2.0 per **0
resin, and stirred fully for using. The viscosity changes a little
because of temperature difference. For the relationship between
viscosity and temperature of seasonal products, and the
relationship between addition amount of viscosity and
styrene.
