DSJ telescopic belt
conveyor is mainly used for gate road transportation on
underground comprehensive mining, topgrade conventional mining or
general conventional mining face in coal mines, it can also be
used for tunnel heading transportation, meanwhile, it can also be
used for material conveying in applications with variable
transportation distance such as mines, chemical engineering,
metallurgy, harbor, wharf, etc. Its main characteristic lies in
the automatic movement of its tail along with the shift of mining
face and the ability of extension or contraction of its conveying
distance. The conveyor is of compact construction, can be
directly laid on the bottom plate of gate road or suspended from
the top plate of gate road without foundation, it has light
frames, which are connected with Eshaped pins or elastic straight
pins instead of bolts, thus making both assembly and disassembly
very convenient. The conveyor belt employs solid core belt, which
is connected with mechanical joints. In case of comparatively big
conveying capacity and conveying distance, it can be equipped
with intermediate drive to meet the requirements for material
conveying. Besides controllable soft start, power equalization
and automatic regulation and control of conveyor belt tension for
its functions, it is especially provided with rigorous monitoring
and sensor systems and reliable safety protection facilities.
This belt conveyor can meet the safety requirements for special
applications like coal mines, etc. All works like operation,
monitoring, safety, protection, etc. on the entire conveyor are
directly controlled by a microcomputer according to preprogrammed
routine, therefore, it can meet the requirements for explosion
protection in coal mines and ensure safe and reliable
operation.
