Cryptococcus Neoformans meningitis (CNM) is the most common occurred fungal infection in central nervous system [1]. Recent years, CNM has increased in morbidity and mortality significantly. According to the statistics, the prevalence of Cryptococcusmeningitis in America is about 5% to *0% in patients with AIDS, where a higher incidence rate can be found in certain developing countries [2].
