Eco Taçka Series

Metal Part:
Frame-Wing 1.5mm DKP Steel. Wing-inside 1mm steel sheet welded further 5 pcs. *0x*0x1.5mm steel support profiles.  inside the wing there are also *0x*0x1.5. Outside Wing thickness: 7.5 cm İncluding the outer lath 8.5cm  all steel sheets on the wing surface are 1.*0mm chrome plated. For isolation the wing inside is completly furnished with glass wool. All frames are saved with a security steel part.Wing outside is plated with 2 mm aluminium. İnside the wing there is komplete 1mm DKP steel sheet.

MDF part:
*0 mm MDF possible to be colured and designed within your wishes with UV or laminate surface. Inside wing 4 mm MDF, Outside frame molding with *0 mm MDF  cased. Upper MDF is 8mm Wing MDF possible to be slide from downside Down part is possible to be opened. So its possible to chance the outer MDF as you wish.  The outer Frame is possible to be bond or mounted with a bolding system. Eko Lux Taçka series doors are manufactured with buckled moldings.

Locking system:
Standartly 2 locking systems are used. Main locking system with barells and bearing system with 3 keys. The upper locking system is a Monoblock barell locking system with 3 keys.

Accessory:
All accessories are made by brass material. Its also possible to chance these accessories as you wish. This series has standard *0 cm lever security braclets special steel badges and first class bracket leves.

Fuse Part:
For best isolation we used 2 different fuse systems on the wing and frame.

Hinge part:
Eko Lux Taçka series doors are manufactured with 3 pcs galvanized oilable hinges. Further there are used 3 pcs. security pims.

Packaging:
Our packing is designed for protecting the wing and frame completly. There is a stretch folio on a balloon packaging and another balloon packaging as gear.

Note: Glass-Eko-Taçka models frame:2mm steel, wing: 1.5mm steel, between the glass there is 2mm DKP steel, *0 mm terpered glass is used.

New:
There is 1.5mm steel between complete glass doors. The glass has a thickness of 8mm and is thered with *0kg/m3 and there is used 5cm glass wool for isolation.
