Metal Part:
Frame-Wing 1.2mm DKP Steel. Inside with some additional support sheets.  Outside Wing thickness: 6 cm. Inside its completely filled with polyretan material. Its possible to manufacture these with each colour our designe as you wish. The frame is possible to be manufactured as adjustable or fixed frame. For adjustable frames the locking holes are closed and has to be made on mounting.

Locking system and accessories:
Standartly 2 locking systems are used. Main locking system with barells and bearing system with 3 keys. The upper locking system is a Monoblock barell locking system with 3 keys. All accessories are made by brass material. Its also possible to chance these accessories as you wish. This series has standard *0 cm lever security braclets special steel badges and first class bracket leves.

Fuse Part:
For best isolation we used 2 different fuse systems on the wing and frame with first class materials.

Hinge part:
This series doors are manufactured with 3 pcs *2 size oilable hinges. Further there are used 3 pcs. security pims.

Metal colouring part:
Our colour is **0 degree electrostatic paint based on polyester which is very strong against hard outside situations. Within your witshes its possible to chance the colours.

Packaging:
Our packing is designed for protecting the wing and frame completly. There is a stretch folio on a balloon packaging and another balloon packaging as gear.
