Electronic potting compound silicone rubber is a code of addition cure silicone rubber, which is similar to KCC potting silicone rubber. It has a low viscosity and mixing ratio 1:1, easy in operation and pourable. The electronic potting compound silicone rubber is suitable for bonded seal of electronic components, power module and control module, which requires waterproof and anti-vibration.

Applications of Electronic potting compound silicone rubber

The potting silicone rubber is a kind of low viscosity, Inherent flame resistance, two components silicone rubber with heat-conducting. It can cure in both room temperature and heated temperature. It has the feature of the higher temperature the faster of the curing time. It can be applied to electronic components for insulation, waterproofing, fixed and flame retardant. The flame retardant UL**-V0 level can be achieved. It mainly applied in electronic components surface with materials of PC (Poly-carbonate),PP,ABS,PVC, etc. and metal materials. 

Operation of Electronic potting compound silicone rubber 

{C}1. {C}Put part A and part B in separate container with equal dosage and stir evenly when mixing the two parts together.

{C}2. {C}Put the mixture into the vacuum machine under 0.*8 MPa for 5 minutes.

{C}3. {C}The temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.

Storage of Electronic potting compound silicone rubber

The potting silicone rubber is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about *2 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.

Electronic Potting Compound Technical Guidelines 
1 please put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two parts together. 
2 Mixing Ratio: Part A: Part B = 1: 1 (By weight) 
3 De-air the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.*8 MP a for **5 minutes. 
4 The temperature influences the curing time of HY****0#. When under low temperature, we suggest to appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization. 
Suggestive operation time and temperature: Under temperature of *0~**0, the silicone will cure in *5 minutes, while under *5C room temperature, the silicone will cure around 8 hours.
