Elevit Iodine Pregnancy Support with Iodine is formulated to meet the increased needs of mother-to-be and to provide her growing baby with the best possible nutritional support throughout its whole development – from conception, through pregnancy and on to breast-feeding.

Elevit (now with Iodine) is a once-daily vitamin and mineral supplement for pregnancy. But more importantly it is based on a formulation clinically proven to reduce the risk of neural tube defects like spina bifida by *2%.2

Elevit with Iodine will also assist in the prevention of dietary iron deficiency. It contains Iodine to assist the development of the baby's brain.

Iodine is an essential nutrient for growth and normal development of the brain. Iodine intake is particularly important for pregnant women and children.

Main Ingredients:    

1 Tablet contains:

*1 Vitamins:

Folic Acid, Thiamine nitrate (Vit B1), Robiflavine (Vit B2),
Nicotinamide (Vit B3), Calcium pantothenate (Vit B5), Pyridoxine
hydrochloride (Vit B6), Cyanocobalamin (Vit B*2), Ascorbic Acid (as
calcium ascorbate dihydrate) (Vit C), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3),
dl-x-Tocopheryl acetate (Vit E), Biotin (Vit H).



8 Minerals & trace elements:

Iron, Iodine, Calcium, Magnesium, Phospherous, Copper, Manganese, Zinc.



Dosage/Usage:    

Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your health professional. Take
Elevit with Iodine if possible for at least one month before pregnancy,
throughout pregnancy and the breast-feeding period.



Precautions:    

Always read the label carefully and use strictly as directed. Store
below *5 degrees celcius. Protect from heat and moisture. Contains
lactose and sucrose. Gluten free.
