Product Description

The PVA sponge is special FOAM after acetalization, foam molding and grafting polymerization: i-PVA sponge. It is a non-fiber *-dimensional porous structure in which PVA macromolecules combined with acid sodium polystyrene side chains. It has stable chemical structure, good biocompatibility and good hydrophilic, fluid absorption and blood-sucking performance. The product is a new surgical dressing and an excellent alternative of cotton gauze. It has been in clinical use for *0 years with mature technology and various usages. It is classified as category 2 "***4 medical material and dressing".

Compared with traditional medical gauze, PVA silk floss is softer, good elasticity, has no fiber loss and highly absorbent. Also, its excellent biological performance, good compatibility, physical and chemical properties with no reject reaction also exceeds ordinary medical gauze. The product has its advantage in high standard operation and other required surgeries, for example, stanching bleeding, absorbing blood and tamponading in ENT dept.. In craniotomy brain surgery and thoracic cardiac surgery, it will not impact the wound due to fiber loss; in ophthalmology, plastic surgery and microsurgery, it can absorb the blood in minor part, thus effectively clean the view in operation, making it faster and more accurate; it is also the essential material in trauma surgery VAC, which greatly improve the healing of wound; in general surgery, it can prevent the cell to cross-transfer in case of unclean wipe, reducing cell seeding.
