1. Intended use
The Bioperfectus Technologies® Enterohemorrhagic E.Coli(EHEC) Real Time PCR Kit is used for the detection of Enterohemorrhagic E.Coli in samples like nasal and pharyngeal secretions, sputum, provoked sputum,
bronchial lavage and etc.

3. Storage
l The Bioperfectus Technologies® Enterohemorrhagic E.Coli(EHEC) Real Time PCR Kit is shipped on dry ice. The components of the kit should arrive frozen. If components are not frozen upon receipt, contact Bioperfectus Technologies for assistance.
l All reagents should be stored at**0 centigrade until the expiration date listed on the outer kit box. Storage at *4 centigrade above should not be recommended.
l Protect Reaction Mix from light during storage.
Repeated freezing and thawing of reagents (more than five times) should be avoided, as this might affect the performance of the assay. The reagents should be frozen in aliquots, if they are to be used intermittently.
