Epoxy resin based with two components, provides adhesion between new concrete and old concrete DESCRIPTION: eile EPX **0; two - component, in liquid form, solvent or abrasive free, can be poured or applied by brush, used for adhesion of two different material or old concrete and the new concrete, epoxy resin based adhesion material. FIELD OF USAGE: ¥ To increase the adherence of old concrete to new concrete ¥ To adhere materials such as concrete, steel, stone and iron to each other CHARACTERISTICS: ¥ Easy to apply. Both pouring and brush/roller can be used for application. ¥ It has much power than the resistance of the concrete as for carrying and adhesion. So that it provides excellent adhesion between two concretes. ¥ It can be used at humid surfaces. ¥ Protect the equipment against corrosion and abrasion ¥ It does not include solvent APPLICATION: Preparing Surface: The surfaces must be clean and firm. Loose particles must be cleaned by air or mechanical methods. The surface must be rough. Mixing: A and B components must be mixed separately and B component is poured into A component case. It is mixed by a low rotated mixer till gets a homogeneous mixture. The mixing duration is 2 minutes. Application method: The mixed material is poured on the surface and applied by a brush or roller. When used as an adherence, new concrete is poured while eile EPX **0 is in wet condition. Consumption: 0, ***1, *0 Kg/m2 depending on the application surface.
