Application field and features

PETS are low volatile and heat stable in high temperature; it has good mold unloading and liquidity and as it has good nucleation to plastic, it can be applied on transparent products.

PETS is an effective lubricant to many polymer in the processing of extrusion and molding. It is recommended to apply on PC, PET, PBT, PPO, PPS and other thermoplastic plastic. The amazing heat stabilization of PETS allows it can be applied on them and dont worry about degradation. In addition, it can significantly improve the brightness and surface pellucidity of product.

When PETS used as the external lubricant of PC, hard PVC and other polymer, the high efficiency allow its application amount to be much less than other traditional lubricant. Its standard usage level is between 0.1~1%. PETS is a good choice when heat stabilization and mold discharging are needed at the same time.

Antistatic agent, dispersing agent, lubricant, anti fog agent of Polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE); slip agent, anti fog agent of polyurethane (PU). (FDA accreditation, allowing for food packaging materials). PETS has good thermal stability and low volatile at high temperature; stripping and good flow properties; PETS mainly for the purpose of high efficient PVC stabilizer, lubricant and plasticizer and rubber additives raw materials.
