*3KWH**2 granulator is one of annular-die granulator series products. Besides the unique advantages of the annular-die granulator, the machine is equipped with a steam conditioning device to perfect its function. It can be matched with simple particle feed processing unit, and also can be applied to the feed processing plant with the steam boiler, so it has wide flexible universality. 

The feed process by this machine has the following characteristics: 
1. The steam heats the raw material up to degree of partial thermomaturation, with the bactericidal effect, which enhances quality and taste of the feeds, and makes the feeds digested and adsorbed easily. 
2. The machine is characterized by small size, low power consumption, low noise, stepless speed variation, handsome appearance, stable performance, etc. 
3. The particle is characterized by uniform sizes, orderly shape and smooth surface. The range of diameters of the particles is Φ1.5~Φ9.0. The range of lengths of the particles is 5mm - *0 mm. It can meet the requirements for various raised animals at the different growing periods.
4. The granulated feeds processed by this machine, with low moisture content, are good for energy conservation and storage. 
5. With wide adaptability of raw materials, it can be applied to process various requirements of compound feeds.
