FENNEL
Fennel (Fueniculum vulgare Mill.) Is a herbaceous perennial with
multiple stems straight, corrugated of up to two meters tall, green
color more or less bluish (glaucous), depending on the dryness and
solar radiation plant. The root is whitish, juicy, fusiform and
elongated and thick as a finger. The leaves are long and slender.
This plant has several benefits for health as it acts in the
digestive tract, reducing pain, preventing gas and cramping and
spasms throughout the body.
It is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, calcium, phosphorus, sodium,
