Corrosion resistance is equals to MFE **2 and **1. Pure resin castingss L.O.I. is *2 and meet ASTM E**4 Flame Spread rating Class1 (FSI=*0),
L.O.I. ≥*0 and FSI=5 for FRP with **5% antimony synergists.

Used extensively in FRP ductwork, stacks and stack liner applications, handling mixtures of air and hot gases of potentially flammable liquids.
Suitable for Filament winding, hand lay-up, spray-up, pultrusion and RTM.

Corrosion resistance is similar to MFE **2, MFE **1.
Highest bromine content of MFE resin, FRP made with MFE **7H can meet ASTM E*4 Flame Spread rating Class I without additives,

MFE **7N

Brominated
Novolac

Chemical resistance similar to MFE **0. Laminates made with MFE **7N resin have been certified to meet ASTM E**4 Flame Spread rating Class 2 rating. With the use of 3% antimony trioxide, Class 1 ratings can be achieved.

FRP required fire-retardant combined with heat resistance and chemical resistance, especially solvents and oxidizing medium.
