Provides superior flow, leveling and dispersing properties in powder coatings. Decreases probably the cost of powder coatings due to the less added amounts in the formulations than that of normal flow modifiers such as the form of masterbatch resins based on epoxy or polyester. Can be post added to a wide range of powder coatings to impart fine texture finish 4. Incorporation TP*8 can be added at the premix stage of powder coating manufacture and extruded with the other components of formulation by any suitable extruder then ground, but for post addition It must to be incorporated into the final coating powder by dry blending method. 5. Usage level Its optimum usage level will be determined by your thorough experiments. As a rule, at concentrations of 1.0~1.2% based on the total weight of the formulation, but for post addition, at 0.7~2.5% depending on the finishing formulations. 6.
