Product Description

Technological process principle: Double soda flue gas desulfurization technology makes use of NaOH solution as start desulfurization agent; its reaction principle is similar with other wet-type desulfurization such as limestone. Its main reaction: SO2 in the smoke dissolves in absorption liquid first, then dissociates into ion H+ and HSO*-.

Its basic chemical reactions as follows:

1), desulfurization process

2NaOH + SO2 =Na2SO3 + H2O (1)
Na2SO3 + SO2 + H2O =2NaHSO3 (2)

2), regenerative process

2NaHSO3 + Ca(OH)2 = Na2SO3 + +CaSO3↓ + 2H2O (4)
Na2SO3 + Ca(OH)2 = 2NaOH + CaSO3↓ (5)
