1,Gasification theory
In the coal gasifier, coal enters the gasifier body from upside, while gasification agent (air and vapor) from downside. Coal and gasification agent flow countercurrently and do physiochemical reactions respectively in proper sequence in different layers. This process is called gasification. The above reactions take place in the following five layers: 1) ash layer 2)oxide layer 3)redox layer 4) dry distillation layer 5) dry layer

3, Technological process:
technological process of hot single-section gasifier: the single-section coal gasifier is a complete water jacket structure with continuous gasification. Air from blower, combined with 0.*9MPa steam that generated by the gasifier itself , becomes saturated air which is also called gasification agent. The gasification agent enters the gasifier body through back-pressure valve and gaisifier bottom. The lump coal, afer being crushed and sifted, left the size of ****5mm or ****0mm coal, then coal gas generated in the gasifier will be delivered to user after being dedusted through heavy dust collector and cyclone dust collectors.
