The Double Planetary Mixer (DPM) type comes without high speed dispersion motion. Thus in addition to standard reaction and mixing, it is best fitted for operations involving liquid to liquid and powder with liquid into high-viscosity solution or high-density solution; for example the mixing of sealants, glue and solder materials. In order to meet the needs of the different production process and material characteristics, we propose preferentially two types of different rotation blade shapes that have proven shorter mixture duration, low energy consumption and easy cleaning and maintenance: the trapeziform blade or the multi-blade types. The double planetary motion allows a rapid mixing and the variable speed control thanks to the multiple speed gear box make it easy to adapt to the viscosity change during the operation.
