Product Description
Fully-Automatic Fryers systems consist mainly of the actual
frying pan, a tube type heat exchanger to heat the frying oil, a
filter, a circulation pump, a banana tank for fresh oil and the
automation system, most often a PLC. As the product leaving the
fryer contains a percentage of oil (in potato chips approx. *5%)
there is a constant flow of fresh oil into the system. Sensors
for the temperature of the oil, the oil level, different
pressures in the system and other parameters are used as
for the PLC.

2. Operation Modes:
1) Rapid Fry Mode- Rapid Fry mode automatically begins

2) Preset/Preset Locked Modes - Preset modes take the
guesswork out of deep frying by allowing the operator to
pre-program up to nine different food items into the electronics
system. Simply choose the preset number that corresponds to the
item you wish to cook.
