Advantages of continuous fryer:
The fryer machine is equipped with an automatic lifting system, and the upper cover and mesh belt can be lifted and lowered for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Electricity, coal, LPG, or natural gas as heating source, the entire machine is made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel.

Upper and lower double-layer mesh belt conveyors are as transmission system, the food materials are sandwiched between the double-layer mesh belts so can avoid floating out of the oil.

Oil circulation filtration system, which continuously filters oil during the production process, reduces the acid value,deep color of the oil, and extends its service life.

Applications: Suitable for the continuous production of snack foods, meat, aquatic products, vegetables, pasta, nuts, and other products.

1.Residue Scraping System
Side and bottom residue scraping are optional, or choose both of them(Gas fryer can only be equipped with side type), so as to remove sediment residue from the frying oil and improve its service life.

2.Electronics
The high-quality electronic components are equipped in control box, which can prevent dust and water, and are safe and durable.

3.Conveyor Belt
A variety of conveyor belts are available, according to the product process and characteristics, can choose stainless spiral conveyor belts, type B conveyor belts, plate conveyor belts, all based on the food materials.

4.Limit Switches Of Hoisting System
There are limit switches on the four-sided lifting system, they can keep safety in case the motor power is cut or outage.
