Product Description

~The plant type dry mortar production line,whose raw material and finished cans are arranged around the mixing system,reducing the material transportation distance efficiently.
The procedure of dry mortar production process:
1. Transport the raw material sand to the cache by elevator above the metering system,then fall into the weighing scale
2. powder material(such as cement,thickening powder)is conveyed to weighing scale above mixing machine to measure by screw conveyor.
3. After the previous batch has mixed,the dry sand and powder has been measured fall into the mixer,then start to mix
4. The finished dry motar fall into the finished product hopper below the mixing machine.then sperately flow ionto the finished product truck,the packing system and finished product silo through splitter.

Advantage:
1. the cost is less than tower type dry mortar production line,featuring low height,compact constructure,easy maintainence.And now it’s the most common type of dry mortar mixing plant.
Disadvantage:
With many process of materials transportation,and high equipment failure rate than tower type production line.
